I very recommend those metal Fel-Pro gaskets as well, and also for the front and rear "China Wall" top top the block, use Permatex best STUFF black RTV.I"ve found "Right Stuff" to be much superior to even the "Ultra Black" RTV. The over combo is the ONLY means to paris on Vortec manifolds.Also, clean every the old threadlock turn off of the reduced intake manifold bolts and use Permatex tool Strength (#242) Blue threadlock when re-assembling. With those metal Fel-Pro gaskets, you can go up on the speak spec simply a little over the proclaimed spec. Ns recommend walk a little tighter, nothing stunner though.
