Passenger side. Goes into the engine block. Presume you have a RWD..... That means you"ve acquired to move the starter out of the way. The crank position sensor is behind it.

I believe it"s ideal behind the Thermostat housing, wherein the coolant water tap mounts to the block. Simply to the aft native there, ns think you"ll see it.
That"s the electronic came position sensor Junior...... the op"s looking for the crank place sensor. It"ll be uncovered exactly wherein I post earlier. Passenger next of the block, simply head of the tranny, behind the starter.

cam sensor is ~ above the happen side of the block, near the pan line. Not sure if you need to remove the starter, assumption: v it depends on just how limber friend are.

Just to monitor up, it was the crankshaft sensor. Pretty an easy repair unless you obtain an idiot parts guy like i did that ordered a camshaft sensor because that me as soon as they had actually the crankshaft sensor in stock and also I had actually to walk to the dealer three times, and wait four days to lastly get the appropriate sensor. Now to put on the hood struts I had to gain for the originals that failed and then look right into why my Bluetooth link has now stopped working.

If it"s the video camer position sensor read this object http://www.usmam.org/board/showthread.php?t=133957 and if it"s the crank place sensor review the very same thread and he stated its behind the starter.
